Data Analyst · Sustainability & Development Research · TISS Mumbai '26
I'm a final-year BS Analytics & Sustainability Studies student at TISS Mumbai (Reliance Foundation Scholar) with hands-on experience as a Data Analyst at Aajeevika Bureau's India LabourLine, where I cleaned 5-year national MIS databases and built Power BI dashboards for migrant labour analytics.
My work sits at the intersection of data science and social impact — from quantifying India's gender wage gap using PLFS microdata, to building ESG benchmarking tools aligned to IFRS S1/S2 and TCFD, to mapping climate-risk hotspots from EM-DAT district-level data.
I'm actively seeking roles in Data Analytics, Climate Finance, and Development Research.
End-to-end supply chain analytics using the DataCo dataset. Built a late-delivery prediction model and an interactive Power BI control tower dashboard. Backed by a 12,000-word academic report with 72 APA 7 references.
Statistical analysis of sourcing channels using ANOVA and OLS regression across cost-per-hire, yield ratio, performance, and satisfaction metrics to identify the highest-ROI recruitment strategies.
Sector-relative ESG scoring framework for S&P 500 firms using Sustainalytics + Yahoo Finance data. Aligned to IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, and GRI. Includes a journal paper draft targeted at Finance Research Letters.
Analysis of real PLFS 2022–23 microdata (41,913 wage workers). Mincer regression finds a 10.3% return to schooling; Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition shows the gender wage gap is overwhelmingly a "returns" story, not a "characteristics" story.
Loss & Damage from Extreme Climate Events in India (2000–2024)
District-level multi-hazard risk index using EM-DAT, EM-DAT spatial analysis (Moran's I) and Mann–Kendall trend tests. Supervised by Dr. Praveen Kumar, TISS.
Kanshiram Awas Yojana, Varanasi (2024)
Mixed-methods study: 50 household surveys + 30 in-depth interviews; SDG-based assessment of housing outcomes under a state-funded scheme.
Women-Led Agriculture, Osmanabad (2023)
Ethnographic research across 12 villages on women-led agroecological practices, gender roles in climate adaptation, and rural livelihoods.
